Companies & multi-site networks

One standard. Across every site.

Roll out reference practices to your teams while keeping the option to adapt some content to local realities. Soriston lets you start on a targeted scope and then gradually extend training across your whole network.

Overview

What Soriston brings to your network

Shared standards

The same standards, trained the same way on every site.

Gradual rollout

Start on one site, several locations or directly across the network.

A network view

Identify the sites or situations that need more training.

Multi-site challenges

As the network grows, practices can drift apart

Diverging practices

The same procedure can be explained and applied differently from one site to another.

Updates that are hard to spread

New procedure, new product or new equipment: the teams concerned have to be brought back to the same level.

Uneven onboarding

Onboarding quality often depends on the time and experience available locally.

Little overall visibility

It is hard to know which sites, teams or situations need more support.

Rollout

Start where you are. Extend afterwards.

Soriston can be deployed to a first location, to several franchises or directly across a network. The content created can then be made available to other sites, roles or groups, and adapted when the local context requires it.

  1. First scope One site, a few franchises or a pilot group.
  2. Shared content The same training for the populations concerned.
  3. Extension Gradually add sites, roles or groups.
  4. Oversight Follow activity and results for each scope.

Network standards

The same requirements everywhere, adapted to each site’s reality

Define what must stay identical everywhere, then adapt only what depends on the site, the equipment or the local organisation.

  • Brand standards
  • Essential procedures
  • Safety and quality
  • Expected moves and behaviours
  • Mandatory paths

Adaptable locally

  • Specific equipment
  • How a site is organised
  • Local constraints
  • Complementary content
  • Particular populations
