Questions about the plans
Soriston Practice turns your real working environment, captured as a 360° photo, into an interactive training space. The learner explores their station, selects the right products, tools or equipment and reproduces the expected moves and sequences until they are mastered. In foodservice, for example, they can learn to make a recipe inside the 360° reproduction of their actual station.
Soriston Immersive builds on real situations filmed in 360° video. The learner is placed inside a scene that unfolds: they observe, act, make decisions and see the consequences of their choices.
The two approaches complement each other: Practice to practise and repeat, Immersive to live the situation and decide. They can be used separately or combined within Soriston.
Start suits you if you want to begin with Soriston Practice and drill work sequences. Pilote lets you test Soriston Immersive with 3 sequences before a larger project. Grow includes a first path of 10 bespoke Immersive 360° sequences. Complete combines Soriston Practice with 10 Immersive sequences so you have both training modes from the outset.
Yes. The Soriston pilot is designed precisely to test the method, the result and how your teams take to it on a limited perimeter. It includes 3 bespoke Immersive sequences and its cost is 100% creditable against the content fees of a project of 10 sequences or more signed within 60 days on the same perimeter.
Start, Grow and Complete include Soriston access for a first location for 12 months. For additional sites, pricing is tiered: €129 excl. VAT per site per month for sites 1 to 5, €119 for sites 6 to 20, €109 for sites 21 to 50 and €99 for sites 51 to 99. From 100 sites, pricing is on request. Each tier applies only to the sites that fall within it.
Start, Grow and Complete bundle the initial creation set out in the plan together with 12 months of Soriston access for a first location. From the second year, platform access is billed according to the number of active sites. Additional production or options are only billed when needed.
No. Soriston can be used on VR headset, mobile, tablet and desktop, depending on the content and the intended usage. The headset gives the most immersive experience, but it is not required for every path or every learner.
Published prices cover the production perimeter set out in each plan. Where filming requires travel beyond the local area, travel, tolls, parking, travel time, accommodation and meals are invoiced separately. The amount is confirmed before filming.
Your Soriston content evolves with your procedures. Depending on the change, adapting a text, an instruction, an interaction or a media file may be enough. If the filmed situation changes substantially, new filming may be required. We identify with you what needs updating and confirm the perimeter before any additional work.
Yes. Soriston is designed to grow step by step. You can activate new locations, add new Immersive sequences, extend Soriston Practice with new exercises or update your existing content. New sites are added under the current multi-site grid and new production is quoted on its own perimeter.
The schedule depends on the type of plan, the volume of content to produce, filming availability and the level of customisation required. The precise calendar is set with you during scoping, covering preparation, any filming, production, approvals and go live.
